I'll come and measure up, then send a written quote with a clear breakdown of labour and materials. The price we agree is the price you pay, no surprises at the end.

Do I buy the tiles, or do you?

Either works. I'm happy to lay tiles you've already chosen, or help you pick and source the right ones for the job and your budget.

Do you do the waterproofing too?

Yes. Showers, bathrooms, laundries, and balconies are waterproofed properly before any tile goes down. It's the part you never see, and the part that matters most.

How long will my job take?

It depends on the size and the prep involved, but I'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote and keep you updated as the job moves.
